Course Objective

This course is designed for travel industry professionals who are keen to learn the basic functionality of Amadeus (GDS). This course will help students learn how to create bookings for flights and hotels on the Amadeus system.

Introduction

This course is an instructor led , classroom training which provides participants an opportunity to engage in practical training while working on a live system.

Course content

basic functionality & work with basic commands of the system
work in a travel firm as a reservation agent, sales agent or in any other department which uses Amadeus
usage of Amadeus to create, amend & service air bookings
usage of TIM ATIC, hotel availability & hotel features
relating and comparing Amadeus with their previous GDS.
