Course Objective

The objective of this course is to train students in tour management and imparts skills required to become professional tour managers with emphasis on tour planning and salesmanship.
This course is recommended for:

travel trade personnel engaged in the sale of tour packages | students who are keen to be a part of the burgeoning travel industry.

Tour operations deal with a variety of aspects vital for the effective functioning of a tour. ‘Tour operations’ includes vital issues such as confidentiality, professional office conduct and the importance of providing correct information.
